Freeze lab-seeds backend for COMPOSE_SKIP_MONOLITH; fix Gitea mirror scripts for 1.25 API; add secrets.lab.env template, verify-mail-lab, LAB_PUBLIC_ORIGIN, and credentials pointers for mirror token recovery. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Quick start on a fresh node:
sudo install -m 644 bootstrap/cluster0-bootstrap.env /etc/cast-cluster.env # once, before NFS
sudo sh /shared/cluster/populate_lab_setup.sh # or --coordinator
sudo sh /shared/cluster/verify_lab_setup.sh --local
# after DNS:
sudo sh /shared/cluster/verify_global_setup.sh

Journal: every setup action is logged under /shared/journal/ with OK / NOK — readable from FE if VMs are down. See /shared/journal/README.md.
